By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

1.1 All scheduled appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
1.2 Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary (for example, for health and safety reasons or unacceptable behaviour).

2. Payments

2.1 Afro Cutz operates an online booking system, with all payments taken at the time of booking.
2.2 Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
2.3 Prices for all services are displayed on our booking page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

3.1 You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us by telephone.
3.2 All cancellations are subject to a £5 administration fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
3.3 If you need to reschedule, the £5 administration fee still applies if you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling.
3.4 If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will receive a refund minus a £5 administration fee.
3.5 Any refunds due will be processed to the original payment method.
3.6 Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable
3.5 Failure to attend your appointment (“no-shows”) will not be refunded.

4. Multiple Bookings / Back-to-Back Services

4.1 Certain services may be listed as “multiple bookings” to allow back-to-back appointments within a single payment.
4.2 These services must be booked exactly as listed and cannot be subdivided or altered at the time of the appointment.

5. Children and Under-11 Appointments

5.1 A parent or guardian must be present for clients under the age of 11.
5.2 For safety reasons, children must remain seated or supervised at all times during the appointment.

6. Hygiene & Health

6.1 We maintain strict hygiene standards, and equipment is sanitised between clients.
6.2 Please inform your barber of any relevant allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your service begins.
6.3 We reserve the right to decline a service if a condition may pose a risk to the client or barber.

7. Personal Belongings

7.1 Afro Cutz cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items while on the premises.

8. Photos and Social Media

8.1 With your consent, we may take photos of your haircut for use on our website or social media pages.
8.2 You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1 Afro Cutz may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
9.2 Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
